Refund policy

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • To start a return, please contact us at [your email/contact form link] with your order number and reason for return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

  • Need a different item or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges if stock is available.

  • Contact us to arrange your exchange before returning your original item.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Final Sale Items

  • Custom, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
